75% of Americans are Vitamin D deficient
This includes Adults AND Children
This week we should talk about nutrition.
Not only should we be taking supplements when we are pregnant but when breastfeeding it is important to continue the nutrition by eating properly and keeping the vitamin levels necessary to produce the best milk possible.
I am to blame for not keeping a proper diet, yet I can assure you though, that I am meeting my caloric levels and then some ;)
I am also to blame for not keeping up with my postnatal vitamins.
With Wellesse, it is really easy to keep my Vitamin D in check.
If you wear will sunscreen, have limited sun exposure or have dark skin, a Vitamin D supplement can very well be beneficial to you!
I know that with Breast Cancer AND Osteoporosis in my family, Vitamin D can help with my overall health.
So....this week not only will we talk about Vitamin D, but we will talk about nutrition, diets & caloric intake of breastfeeding moms!
Let's get to know what it all really means and how much it really affects our milk!
2 women will win 2 month supplies of any Wellesse product PLUS their book!
1 winner will come from the RSVP list & must be at party to win
and
the second winner will be pulled from the additional ways to enter to win!
