Day 2

I think the majority of you know that I opened up an indoor playroom for parents and their children.
I am in the presence of my kids playing ALL day.
I try to teach them how to share, how to play fairly and how to get along with each other.
I keep thinking there is something I am missing.
Some stone unturned.
Zealand will be 3 in October.
He thinks that everything is the color pink.
He doesn't count to three let alone sing the alphabet or keep an attention span for 10 minutes.
I have tried to do montessori play with him once in the morning and once in the afternoon but then weeks and months go by and I haven't done it again. I have books upon books to read, to help me be a good parent/teacher and I am stuck here on the internet.
I really wanted to teach BOTH my kids things at the same time, so I don't feel too guilty about it yet. Kingsley is starting to count to three (at 17 months) and she pretends she is signing along with me, when I do silly songs.
I just don't know how to be a business owner and a teacher at the same time. I feel like I am missing a puzzle piece & I really hope it's not the determination piece..... cause I'd rather take a nap these days.
Help?

I don't know what to say other then each child learns at there own pace. Boys are supposed to be slower then girls. How is the business going?
