I love my sleep. I think I could even either be addicted or have some medical necessity to sleep. I think it's because I love to dream. I have always had big dreams for myself. I have always wanted to do and be everything. From president to pope to physical therapist! I have done many things in my life:
I have lived in Temple Terrace, Lutz, Tampa, Tallahassee, Sarasota, Raleigh, Cary, Dallas, Baltimore, Kodiak Brunswick and now Plant City.
My first job was at Remington Steakhouse, I was a hostess, I was 15. I was the youngest employee ever at Gap at 16 (they previously had an 18 and up rule....or so they said) I have sold shoes, I have waited tables, tended bar, a legal secretary,in car rentals and a flight attendant. Whew!
I've recently been evaluating what I have done with my life and if I have served a purpose. Is there something I should be doing? Is their a passion, I should be fulfilling? Am I fulfilled? Do I feel full? I want a job that is like a pupu platter...a little bit of this and a little bit of that.
Is that called "motherhood"? A nurse, a chef, a transporter, personal shopper, counselor, maid and caregiver? I guess, as I typed this out, not knowing where this post will lead, I have just realized I got everything I ever wanted.

I could not agree more. Being a mother fills me up so much more than anything I could ever have dreamed of. Here is to us!
So very well said!! We get to do a little bit of everything just by being a mom. And our little charges give us so much in return, don't they? :)
LOVE this post. I feel exactly the same way. Being a mom is The.Best.Job.Ever. We're so blessed! =)
I too love this post. It is the best job ever and the hardest.

That is very true! But sometimes... when I'm up to my elbows in dirty diapers, laundry, and Elmo... I CRAVE to be around adults! LOL
